On the 19th and 20th July, over 10,000 festival goers are expected to descend on Wollaton Park in Nottingham. Set within the beautiful grounds of Wollaton Hall, Splendour Festival offers an eclectic mix of musical talent from international stars to local gems. Kate Nash, Paolo Nutini, The Charlatans and Rufus Wainwright are some of the acts already signed up to perform. The festival continues a new initiative in Nottingham to secure the title of Live Music Capital of the UK. The month of May saw the City Pulse Festival and Dot to Dot Festival. June has an endless list of gigs all around the city including Freddy Kofi at the Nottingham Playhouse and The Rat Pack Live at the Royal Centre. July welcomes Splendour Festival to town!
