Long established as the UK top tourist destination, Blackpool has a buzz which can't be matched. Adrenalin is running high in this lively sea-side town.

A big attraction is the fun-filled Pleasure Beach, which is bubbling with fair-rides and roller-coasters. The Pepsi Max Big One is 235 feet high and over a mile long. The size is mind-bending and not for the faint-hearted!

The sweetness of candy floss and Blackpool rock are enjoyed by many. Stalls beckon you over to try their goods and participate in their fairground games. Flashing lights and music ensure all senses are stimulated as you wander around after dark.

Once you are done with the high kicks of the park, the nightlife of Blackpool will be kicking off in its own way. Party until the early hours in the many clubs and bars. You'll bump into many stag and hen parties along the way!

If the sun is shining, there is a large stretch of beach for you to spend some time relaxing. Chips on the beach is a must! Blackpool is home to an infectious sense of fun which will leave you wanting to come back for more.

Pepsi Max Big One:

Of course, no visit to Blackpool would be complete without a ride on the Pepsi Max Big One. While no longer the highest or steepest ride in the world, at 235 feet and over a mile long it’s still mind-bendingly huge.

The construction of such a monster in the middle of bustling Blackpool was no mean feat ­ there wasn’t really enough room. It was fitted in around existing structures, such as the monorail, to make it a truly thrilling experience.
