Brighton is one of Britain’s most energetic coastal cities, where old, new, classic and modern coalesce to create a truly diverse experience. Brighton boasts traditional seaside attractions, fantastic shopping and superb nightlife. Brighton Pier is splendidly Victorian, while the Pavilion is a fine example of architectural magnificence. Brighton Marina is almost a city in itself, as it offers an abundance of bars, restaurants and water sports. There’s also a bowling alley and a cinema, and throughout the year, the Marina comes alive with free, fun entertainment. People flock to Brighton to take advantage of its excellent shopping. Lose yourself in the Lanes, where a series of narrow alleyways lead you to quirky shops and quaint cafes. Brighton has many award-winning restaurants for you to sink your teeth into, serving everything from cheap nibbles to fine cuisine. And the nightlife is renowned for being diverse, colourful and loud!
